Carpet Cleaning

I always wish to have my own house with full carpet but not until my daughter overcomes her allergy to fiber. Lately, her doctor advised that she's slowly getting over with it but I'm still contemplating whether to have carpet or not. I know it won't be easy because we have a pet inside the house. When a pet crawl or lie down, the smell is still bearable, but I can't imagine how it will become when the pet accidentally peed. It will leave unpleasant smell even with thorough cleaning unlike water that can be tolerated or salvaged afterwards.
