I had a wrong perception before about this exercise. I thought that it is intended only for slim bodies who can carry themselves or flexible enough to move. I am not really an expert with this but I know for sure that this mind-body exercise has many benefits that we all can get by doing it the right way with a trained professional instructor or a Yoga teacher.

Yoga Workout
I had a wrong perception before about this exercise. I thought that it is intended only for slim bodies who can carry themselves or flexible enough to move.
